Acceptable use and prohibited products

These rules are intended to protect buyers, legitimate sellers, payment partners, and the marketplace. Sellers remain responsible for ensuring every listing and transaction is lawful.

Prohibited activity and listings

Illegal, stolen, counterfeit, pirated, recalled, or fraudulently obtained goods.
Weapons, ammunition, explosives, controlled substances, illegal drugs, tobacco, vaping products, or drug paraphernalia.
Gambling, adult sexual services or content, human exploitation, or products that promote violence or discrimination.
Unlicensed financial, investment, lending, money-transfer, escrow, cryptocurrency, or payment services.
Government documents, personal data, account credentials, access devices, hacking tools, malware, or surveillance sold without lawful authority.
Products infringing intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, consumer-protection, or other third-party rights.
Misleading listings, fabricated reviews, manipulated prices, undisclosed drop-shipping, or transactions intended to move money without a genuine sale.

Restricted categories

These products may be listed only after written approval and any required documentation:

Food, supplements, cosmetics, medical devices, or health-related goods requiring evidence of regulatory approval.
Alcohol, age-restricted goods, batteries, chemicals, or other items with special delivery and verification requirements.
High-value goods, event tickets, digital products, pre-orders, refurbished electronics, and branded resale inventory.
Any category designated for enhanced review by TrustPay, its payment provider, a card network, or applicable law.

Seller responsibilities

Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, prices, images, stock, origin, safety information, delivery estimates, and return conditions. They must own or be authorised to sell every item and cooperate with KYC, monitoring, complaints, recalls, and lawful information requests.

Enforcement

TrustPay may reject or remove listings, pause orders or settlement through supported provider controls, request documents, restrict an account, cancel orders, issue refunds, report unlawful conduct, or permanently remove a seller. Serious risk may be acted on without advance notice.
